Tim Bidwell
For over 30 years, Tim has held accounting, public accounting, accounting management and operational positions.
While attending college, Tim began working in the accounting department of a manufacturing company handling accounts receivable and collections.
Over the years, the responsibilities grew to assistant accounting manager.
Tim next opened his own practice in 1983 to assist small business owners with the bookkeeping, tax and internal functions aspects of their operation. The practice grew to a staff of six before Tim was approached by a client to work full time on a new venture. Following the sale of the practice, Tim was hired as vice president of a national retail jewelry store company with 37 locations in 18 states.
When the company was sold, Tim became accounting manager for a multi-million dollar non-profit organization. Streamlining accounting functions and participating in annual audits were among Tim’s responsibilities.
Tim relocated to Kentucky in 2001 and worked primarily in operational type positions until Timothy Bidwell, Inc. was established in 2010.
